Weight loss addiction comes with an intense obsession and fixation on losing weight to the point where it is exceedingly unhealthy. It ceases to be about cutting down food intake or trying to exercise every day and morphs into a frightening phase where the sufferers can’t see that they look unhealthily thin, even when concerns are voiced by loved ones.
There are quite a few eating disorders, such as body image disorders, food phobia, avoidant food intake disorder and binge eating, but the two most common eating disorders are anorexia and bulimia.
