Pleasant 55 y/o patient presented with concerns about aging skin and sagging jowls. She also desired to get rid of excess fat and skin on her arms. Patient underwent a full facelift with fat transfer to the face, neck lift with liposuction, and brachioplasty (arm lift) with liposuction.
